Terms & Conditions

- We can accept exchanges when sizing is incorrect. Although the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of both the return and the postage of the new item. Goods will only be dispatched once the original item has been returned and received. Goods must also be returned in perfect condition. Please get in touch on petscarerecords@gmail.com if there are any problems.

- Whilst we try to ensure that you get your items as quickly as possible, every once is a while an item goes AWOL in the postage system. Please get in touch on petscarerecords@gmail.com if you think that this is the case. We'll do our very best to rectify the situation as soon as we can.

- We reserve the right to refuse sale to individuals at any time, at our digression. This detail has primarily been included to limit instances of resale.
